Jed has had the privilege of seeing Jaymarc grow from a one-man company into the dynamic team it is today. Jed holds a masters electrical license and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Through all the years of helping guide the company, Jed tries to stay focused on seeing things in the best light. He has tried to anchor his perspective in the bible verses that say ” Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” Philippians 4:8.

Dan Aho
Dan Aho is the Vice President of Jaymarc, but more importantly, the younger brother of Jed. With over 30 years in the electrical industry, he has held a master electrician license in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and South Carolina. Any conversation with him inevitably leads to a quote from a podcast or something he saw on a YouTube video. When he’s not at his computer designing or researching obsessively, you’ll find him in the shop turning ideas into reality.

Ricardo Trespalacios
Ricardo came to the United States from Colombia in 1999 with very limited English. The following year, in 2000, he started at Jaymarc as a helper. He was eager to work hard and learn everything I could, even though the language barrier and new environment made it challenging at first.
Over time, his English improved and he gained a deeper understanding of the company’s operations, from day-to-day work to how the business runs. What started as an entry-level role grew step by step until he became a partner. In this role, he helps make key decisions for the company, support the team, manage operations, and contribute to Jaymarc’s growth. When he’s not at work, you’re likely to find him riding dirt bikes, adventure bikes, or mountain bikes.

Luke Weimann has spent the past 24 years at Jaymarc Electric, where he now serves as Service Department Manager and Partner. Working closely with custom homebuilders, superintendents, homeowners, and his team, Luke brings expertise to every project and is known for his conscientious, service-driven approach. Though originally from New Hampshire, Luke has made the Greenville area his home for more than two decades and proudly considers himself part of the Upstate community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, serving at his local church, smoking brisket, and cheering on New England sports teams and the Carolina Gamecocks.

Brandon Deal
With over 25 years of experience as an electrician and more than 20 of those years at Jaymarc, Brandon has helped countless homeowners and businesses keep their power running safely and reliably. He truly enjoys what he does and feels grateful for the opportunity to serve Jaymarc’s customers every day.
When he’s not on the job, you’ll usually find him outdoors — hunting, fishing, or just spending time in nature. At home, he’s blessed to be married to his wife April, and he has two great kids, Michaela and Eli. As a family, they love serving together in their church and making the most of life outside of work.
