Jed has had the privilege of seeing Jaymarc grow from a one-man company into the dynamic team it is today. Jed holds a masters electrical license and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Through all the years of helping guide the company, Jed tries to stay focused on seeing things in the best light. He has tried to anchor his perspective in the bible verses that say ” Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” Philippians 4:8.
Dan Aho is the Vice President of Jaymarc, but more importantly, the younger brother of Jed. With over 30 years in the electrical industry, he has held a master electrician license in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and South Carolina. Any conversation with him inevitably leads to a quote from a podcast or something he saw on a YouTube video. When he’s not at his computer designing or researching obsessively, you’ll find him in the shop turning ideas into reality.
Ricardo came to the United States from Colombia in 1999 with very limited English. The following year, in 2000, he started at Jaymarc as a helper. He was eager to work hard and learn everything he could, even though the language barrier and new environment made it challenging at first.
Over time, his English improved and he gained a deeper understanding of the company’s operations, from day-to-day work to how the business runs. What started as an entry-level role grew step by step until he became a partner. In this role, he helps make key decisions for the company, support the team, manage operations, and contribute to Jaymarc’s growth. When he’s not at work, you’re likely to find him riding dirt bikes, adventure bikes, or mountain bikes.
Luke Weimann has spent the past 24 years at Jaymarc Electric, where he now serves as Service Department Manager and Partner. Working closely with custom homebuilders, superintendents, homeowners, and his team, Luke brings expertise to every project and is known for his conscientious, service-driven approach. Though originally from New Hampshire, Luke has made the Greenville area his home for more than two decades and proudly considers himself part of the Upstate community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, serving at his local church, smoking brisket, and cheering on New England sports teams and the Carolina Gamecocks.
With over 25 years of experience as an electrician and more than 20 of those years at Jaymarc, Brandon has helped countless homeowners and businesses keep their power running safely and reliably. He truly enjoys what he does and feels grateful for the opportunity to serve Jaymarc’s customers every day.
When he’s not on the job, you’ll usually find him outdoors — hunting, fishing, or just spending time in nature. At home, he’s blessed to be married to his wife April, and he has two great kids, Michaela and Eli. As a family, they love serving together in their church and making the most of life outside of work.
Sal is a follower of Jesus, blessed with a beautiful family. He’s had the privilege to work at Jaymarc for eight years, getting to collab with custom home builders and homeowners alike. He loves problem solving, getting creative with his solutions, but overall, he just loves being able to help people.
With over three decades of experience, Stephen Drakes has built a career in luxury electronics integration driven by a genuine passion for technology and how it enhances everyday living. He has worked on projects across the United States and around the world, delivering thoughtful, customized solutions tailored to each client and home. His expertise spans leading platforms including AMX, Crestron, Savant, Control4, Lutron and Josh.ai, allowing him to design systems that are both powerful and intuitive.
Known for his hands-on approach and strong problem-solving mindset, Stephen takes pride in creating systems that are reliable, seamless, and built to last. Whether managing complex whole-home automation or refining the smallest details, he brings a consistent level of care and precision to every project. For Stephen, it’s not just about the technology—it’s about creating an experience that feels natural, works effortlessly, and truly fits the way his clients live.
Kyle Olson is a Journeyman Electrician with a background in both electrical work and automotive service. Before getting into the electrical trade, he worked at a Chevrolet dealership where he earned his ASE Master Certification. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest and moved to South Carolina in 2023. These days he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, landscaping, snowboarding, and wakeboarding.
Wesley has been with Jaymarc since 2015 and has really enjoyed being a part of the team over the years. He’s spent a lot of that time working in electrical, and it’s been great to grow his skills, take on new challenges, and be a part of what Jaymarc accomplishes together.
When he’s not at work, he likes to keep things fun and laid-back. He enjoys bowling, playing frisbee golf, and heading out to the lake whenever he gets the chance. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of his free time.
With 26 years of hands-on experience in the audio video field, Roger serves as a subject matter expert in AV engineering and troubleshooting. He has navigated the rapid evolution of technology—from analog systems to modern networked digital platforms—maintaining a reputation for technical precision and innovative solutions. Roger is skilled in Savant and Control 4 control systems.
Matt has been with Jaymarc since July 2005, starting as an electrical helper before advancing to crew leader and eventually project manager. In 2019, Matt established the lighting control department, which he currently manages alongside his ongoing responsibilities as a project manager.
Outside of work, he is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys off-roading, camping, and kayaking. He also has a lifelong love for playing the drums.
Evan is the Estimator at Jaymarc Electric. If he’s not in the office, you’ll find him running errands or helping the team get what they need. Always approachable and upbeat, Evan never turns down a conversation — and you’re guaranteed to walk away laughing.
As the Bookkeeper and Office Administrator at Jaymarc Electric, Loretta supports both employees and clients as Jaymarc delivers premium electrical work and dependable service on every project. She has spent her career helping people in various roles and enjoys bringing that same approach to her work each day. In her position, she oversees office operations and manages bookkeeping, helping keep everything organized and running smoothly. She takes pride in being someone the team can count on and in doing her part to help projects and daily tasks stay on track.
Zachary, an electrician with 12 years of experience, grew up in New Hampshire, where he went to trade school and got his electrical license. He spent the first five years of his career doing commercial work before deciding to try something new and move to South Carolina. He’s been with Jaymarc for about eight years now, working mostly on high-end custom homes. He has had the chance to be part of some complex projects, learning lighting controls and strong troubleshooting skills along the way. These days, he mainly handles the final touches on custom homes, making sure everything is done correctly and Jaymarc can stand behind what they do.
With nine years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work, Didier brings a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency on every project. For nearly three years, he has been with Jaymarc Electric, where he’s contributed to the successful completion of high-end custom homes and complex electrical installations, consistently delivering reliable results and maintaining high standards on the job site.
He is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served four years in the infantry, where he developed discipline, leadership, and a mission-focused mindset that continues to guide his work today. As a family man residing in Greer, South Carolina, he takes pride in serving his community with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
